Mary McMillan

Counsel

Mary McMillan has practiced exclusively in the area of intellectual property law. Mary’s practice is focused on patent related matters, with a particular emphasis on pharmaceutical, biotechnological and chemical matters. In particular, her practice focuses on patent litigation support and patent infringement and validity opinions in the pharmaceutical area including proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) proceedings. Mary also has experience in patent drafting and prosecution and freedom to operate analysis.
