Marta Wysokinski

Marta joined the firm in 2018 and assists in matters relating to trademark prosecution in Canada, as well as pharmaceutical litigation and proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. Marta received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2017 and completed an accelerated Law Clerk program at Seneca College in 2018. She is also certified by the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada as a Certified Canadian Trademark Administrator (CCTA).

Section 45 proceedings before the Trademarks Office regarding the trademark CHICO owned by Bedessee Imports Ltd. Result: Registration maintained for all of the goods in the registration.
